– About Us –
We are the parish council for Osbaldeston, in the Ribble Valley borough of Lancashire. We operate as the first tier of local government and our role is to serve and act in the best interests of our community. The current committee has 4 councillors from this parish and one from Clayton-le-Dale.
We aim to assist in the community by ensuring that the higher tier authorities (Ribble Valley Borough Council and Lancashire County Council) are aware of any issues that have arisen that are under their control. We also have access to specific funding for example to improve public rights of way and Biodiversity grants.
